Privacy Policy

Arise Women’s Foundation respects your privacy and is committed to handling the information you share with care.

Information we collect

When you complete a newsletter, volunteer, or contact form, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address, and the information you choose to provide. Free guide requests collect your email address and optional first name, and record whether you separately choose to receive newsletters and email updates. Choosing ongoing updates is optional and is not required to access the guide.

Survivor spotlight submissions

If you apply for a newsletter feature, we collect your name, email address, phone number, bio, story, name preference, and permission to contact you. We use these details to review your submission and discuss a potential feature. Arise will obtain your final approval before publishing your story. Contact details will not be included in your feature. You may request an anonymous or first-name-only feature and may withdraw your submission before publication by contacting us.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective volunteers and community partners, provide requested updates, and communicate about foundation programs and events. We do not sell personal information.

Form processing and external services

Website form submissions are processed through FormSubmit and delivered to Arise Women’s Foundation by email. External services may have their own privacy practices. Please do not submit confidential, medical, legal, financial, or emergency information through a website form.

Your choices

You may ask us to update or delete information you previously submitted, or request that we stop sending nonessential communications. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, email arisewomanadvocacy@gmail.com.

Safety and security

We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no internet transmission or email system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you are in immediate danger, call 911. For confidential support, call the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-SAFE.
